Research is carried on in the area of petroleum fuel processing and removal of pollutants, such as sulfur compounds from them, development of nano-metal/metal oxide catalysts and utilisation of the catalysts in process developments and reactions. Wastewater treatment through catalysis and adsorption, development of efficient nano-catalysts and adsorbents.
