The research in my lab is focused on developing gas phase synthesis methods for materials. This involves the design and fabrication of CVD systems for CNT growth, Graphene, Silicon Carbide epitaxy, MoS2, etc. Understanding the correlation between the processing conditions, the developed micro- or nano-structure and the measured properties is at the heart of most of the things that we do.
