Research Areas

My research focuses on the development of efficient and sustainable processes for metal recovery from ores, metallurgical wastes, tailings, and residues. I aim to address the challenges associated with these primary and secondary sources and explore innovative techniques for extracting valuable metals. Additionally, I am actively involved in metal recycling, aiming to promote circular economy and minimize the environmental impact of metal production. I also investigate the application of process intensification technologies, such as microwave, ultrasound, and mechanical activation, in metal extraction processes. Through my research, I aim to contribute to the advancement of sustainable and environmentally friendly metal extraction processes.
